I hit allow assuming it was related to the app and then this loop happened. A permission window popped up on my phone when trying to get the Logcat error.
It appears to be an infinite loop of an error message in the Logcat. I tried running it again so that I could post the Logcat error but I now have a new issue. A message in android studio appeared saying "Instant Run performed a full build and install since the installation on the device does not match the local build on disk"
